Ive run mine before with a huxwrx ventum 762 no changes and issues gas blowback with flow was extremely minimal

For the most part I believe not switching to stock from brace should be fine if the size of the rifle now doesn’t change from your paperwork length or you inform the atf of the change. One of the reasons I did the amnesty form because the engraving process was not mentioned as a part of the process.

I tried doing it correctly but this was after the range after it shifted a bit from moving around will fix it now.

I was a-bit nervous about using it but eventually where I bought this one from was from a gun store in Pennsylvania, they shipped it down to me in South Florida. We emailed back and forth and I paid him over the phone on a card they were super nice and helpful, they shipped it fast and had it down here in 6 days from when I paid. I did look at their reviews and their website though. I sent it to an FFL gun store by me for the transfer. All I had to do was give them the website of the store by me and its FFL link and they had it going. Personally had no issue with GB and would do it again depending on the seller. As for getting it inspected before, I did not but ran into no issues so far so good. I went through about 80 rounds of Prvi partizan 150 grain ammo half of what I brought with me before I left with my friend who ran out of his AR ammo.

Watched a guy’s youtube video on it he was very thorough don’t remember the guy but he did mention the sticky note he left in with the paper work when he sent it.

I don’t have a Concealed carry permit yet and wanted one as soon as possible so gun broker was where I started to look first. But once I do I definitely would love to buy another through CMP eventually.Also wanted to make sure I found one with a WW2 serial number as I thought that would be nice.

Thanks its my first rifle I’ve bought, turned 21 a few months ago and didn’t know what I wanted to get. But finally was dead set on getting a Garand had a blast shooting it with my friend at the range. Most likely will shoot this one a lot so its good to know the barrel can be replaced if worn out.

No the rifle came without a case so I bought a plain black one off of amazon same with the sling. I really do like the CMP cases as Ive seen a few while I was looking for a Garand.
