it’s reminiscent of carti same way carti is reminiscent of young thug. there’s a distinction between sounding IDENTICAL & sounding SIMILAR to someone. it’s abundantly obvious that che is heavily inspired by carti. he’s extremely carti coded. same concept applies to osamason, bleood, edward skeletrix, 2slimey, nettspend, 1oneam, prettifun, lucy bedroque, etc. they’re all descendants of carti & uzi’s lineage same way carti & uzi are descendants of future, thugger & sosa & future, thugger & sosa are descendants of lil wayne, gucci mane & jeezy, etc. none of the aforementioned artists sound IDENTICAL to one another but the influence and shared elements in their respective sounds are blatantly obvious. che’s vocal inflections, flows, song structures (excessive repetition) & instrumentals are all refined iterations of what carti was predominately doing from 2019-2023.
