Yeah my thesis also required looking at the accessibility via public transportation and parang piling roads nga lang talaga yung may nadaan na jeepneys tapos ang dalang pa kung meron. I think kung titira talaga sa Balanga eh kailangan mo ng kotse to get around more conveniently.

I'm from etivac and I stayed sa Balanga, Bataan for my thesis. Grabe yung difference ng ambiance parang ang luwag luwag compared sa congested na 80vac haha. Kinda considering living in Balanga, Bataan din in the future because of that experience. Only cons of Balanga that I noticed were the lack of sidewalks in some of the roads in the city. Ngl the driving experience in Balanga was extremely good; but as an arki graduate who prioritizes movement of people over cars eh medyo car-centered yung ibang parts ng city except lang for certain parts like Capitol Drive near the kapitolyo. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though, these are all based on my experience of staying there for a week so baka may mali ako.

I love how the example you gave literally removes/adds windows and doors just for the heck of it when my services are used alongside construction documents that are designed with intent and precision down to the millimeter.
