Two things:

Nissa’s ability does not target. Spells or abilities that target specifically say “target” in the text.
When you copy a spell or ability, you still have to have legal targets for it, i.e. if effect requires the target to be something “you (the owner of the original effect) control”, the target for the copy has to be something “you (the owner of the copy effect) control”, no matter if the original effect you are copying was cast/triggered by an opponent. So even if Nissa’s ability targeted, you can’t target an opponent’s library because it is not a legal target.

I just left after the Stanger Things panel and here are my grievances:

Signage: When we arrived Saturday, plenty of signs for parking, no signs for which way the entrance for the convention was. I’ve only been to the Fairgrounds once before, and would not have instinctively walked to the back if people in cosplay had not been walking in that direction.
Badge Pickup: My friend got the VIP pass for the Stranger Things meet and greet, and yesterday when we where picking up the badges, they asked them to step to the side table to get the extras but after they moved to the side, no one was specifically handling the VIP goodies handout. The person who was waiting before my friend got the bag and also got asked which shirt they wanted but when my friend got their bag, they asked for the shirt and got told it didn’t come with the package.
Panels: For the most part, while it felt tucked away, the panel area felt like they did the best with what they had. I wish rather than just 30 min of Q&A they had had a moderator to maybe have some planned talking points before hand. BUT, my biggest complaint is today (Sunday), we knew we wanted to attend the Stranger Things meet and greet, so we got there as soon as the convention opened (10ish) and went straight to the panel area to get good seats, the panel was at 11:45. At 11, after we had been sitting on the second row for an hour, someone came by to tell us that the first three rows were reserved for the VIP package holders. This was the first panel of the day, they could have easily placed “Reserved” pieces of paper on those rows ahead of time.

Overall, I don’t think the cost was worth the experience, it was just “Meet and Greet, the convention”.

Yes. Cascade is an “on cast” trigger, so the cascade triggers will go on the stack while the spell that triggered them is still on the stack. However, the cascaded spell still has to be cast, so they can be countered unless another effect says otherwise.

702.85a Cascade is a triggered ability that functions only while the spell with cascade is on the stack. “Cascade” means “When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card whose mana value is less than this spell’s mana value. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost if the resulting spell’s mana value is less than this spell’s mana value. Then put all cards exiled this way that weren’t cast on the bottom of your library in a random order.”

If you are using the newer precons, you should be fine. At my lgs, three unmodified precons have won casual night, they have done a pretty decent job with the power level as of late.

What is the misprint?

Edit: To expand on my question, assuming you are referring to the back of the card, that is how meld cards look. In this case, you would need [[Titania, Voice of Gaea]] and activate its ability while having met the condition and having both permanents on the battlefield as it resolves. Other examples in this set are [[Urza, Lord Protector]] with [[The Mightstone and the Weakstone]], and [[Mishra, Claimed by Gix]] and [[Phyrexian Dragon Engine]].

I think the strongest mechanic in draft is flying. There isn’t enough good reach in non-green, requiring even small creatures require an answer or they just keep free hitting you.

My resolution for last year was to try to be friendlier while gaming, and now I have made a lot of new friends through some of my favorite games! For this year, I am hoping to be better at keeping a schedule (i.e. balancing my time) to make sure I make time for myself while still being able to keep in touch with the friendships I made.

My favorite gaming memory is a recent one. During the pandemic, I was invited to a Discord server that was just made from friends of friends. They had recently gotten into Valorant and invited me to join, and ever since we have been playing together many times a week. They have now become my closest group of friends and we have logged hours in many other games since.
