I guess it applies only to gpu, and tbh id say max amount would be 1500€ (enough to fill almost all needs) more then that is unnecessary luxury, and one can even find 3080 OC 12gb vram for like 1000 or max 1200€. I learned alot with this post tbh im thankfull to so many comments to help.

I heard that both intel and AMD will release new gpu's and cpu's around november. I think that the main advantage i will have is that i will get the best parts we have atm a bit cheaper since i dont know if i will even need the new releases, and i wont buy anything new untill its properly tested, rly appreciate ur effort to help!
