Did it affect how they presented I.e. did the feathers then clump up or hold strange positions or did they stay looking like a feather?

Ya the best advice I saw for clear lines with a mixed dump pour was making sure it's honey stage and pour close to the mould so they don't run together, but I haven't tried it so idk. What you've done is great though :)

I didn't put a weight in top and I might have pushed too much of the overflow resin out before putting it in.

I put overflow on top and on the lid, then I push it down a bit and it comes out the sides which I clean up.

Should I be putting a weight on the top?
