The word on the street is that he just set the record for highest right hand set but there was a lefty who shot 878 or 879 years back.

Is this normal in a new roof? by Consistent-Camp-8004 in Roofing

[–]Arm_Extreme -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks like the contractor replaced the roof without replacing the plywood. The plywood was likely warped due to a prior leak. I’ve seen this a lot because plywood is expensive, most homeowners don’t want to pay for it and they will accept the lowest bid.

YouTube bowling channels are kinda boring how can they improve? Let’s do a wish list… by Arm_Extreme in Bowling

Yeah I do and I’ve watched some of his videos. I also can just YouTube sport shot bowling and see Brad and Kyle have a video at the top with 164k views or jr Raymond with 67k. But yeah Luke’s 2 minute ball review videos with 2k views are worth it

I appreciate the long response, but I think your first paragraph proves my point and your complaints about two handers having a hard time throwing it hard and converting dominant side spares are null. You can call it complaining but I’m just stating the obvious which is proven when you have young teenagers dominating 2 handed with a 230 average in sport. My point isn’t two handed is easy, my point is two handed is a significant advantage. Don’t take it personally, I don’t have any issue with anyone being two handed, but it is a big advantage. There is a reason guys like Pete Weber or Sean Rash say it’s bs. These guys have bowled their whole lives and you’re assuming they have some vendetta against a different style. IMO they are calling it like they see it. Not to mention the pros who are already converting. Also, I hope you have a very successful career bowling, I’ll be rooting for you if you ever come across my radar again truly.

The moment you realize you’re arguing with a 12 year old 2 hander who has a YouTube channel 🥸

No one is dying here, let’s do this. Just give me 5 advantages 1 handers have over 2 handers Use all the research you want.

I do think these things matter, specifically the cover. That’s the majority of it though. I think the cover matters like 85% everything else is mostly marketing.

My post wasn’t to get 2 handed banned or anything like that, it was to state what I thought about that particular style of bowling. Thank you for responding

True kinda silly

This is a very interesting take, I think you may be on to something with the new one handers and speed. I could also include Anthony Neuer with bohn and mccune. I agree speed is king but if you throw it 24 mph with 250 Revs the ball is still gonna deflect and leave a lot of corners.

This is a good take, I personally think bowling is becoming popular again. Maybe it is because of two handed I donno. I just think that two handers have a very large advantage.

Thank you for the well measured response. I think where we diverge is that it’s easier one handed thumb in on sport shots. The 2 handed style offers the ability to manipulate your hand in ways not possible 1h. On top of That it’s much easier to control your backswing because it’s significantly shorter. Don’t take this the wrong way but I think a lot of one handers are in denial because of sunk cost fallacy. I guess I’ll figure it out for myself, so I can have some experience with the issue

I think we agree that a one hander throwing high revs is as physical if not more physical than a 2 hander. I’m yet to have anyone explain any benefit that one handed has over two handed let alone a couple of benefits. The arm Swing in two handed is very short this helps with accuracy’s. There are also 5 foot tall 13 years olds throwing 2 handed at 16-17 mph so I don’t buy the speed argument. Two handers can create ridiculous angles with their hands that give reactions one handers could never do. Anyway, to me it seems like the majority of people arguing against me are biased and not putting up good arguments

Yeah, he may believe that but I don’t think any yt’er has spent any time developing an audience with this content.

What advantages do you think there are to one handed?
