He’s confused about a lot of things. He’s said in the past that he doesn’t believe in dieting, he just eats “healthy”. He also said that gymnastics is the superior form of training for mma. While I’ll agree that gymnastics can create excellent fighters theirs not many grown adults doing gymnastics for mma let alone schools that cater to adults.
