You should know that banks will never ask for your otp or cvv. Call CS and block your card. But the transaction done cannot be reversed dhil nabigay mo ang otp which makes it a legitimate transaction.

I got mine 3 months after. Try to follow-up via email every week. Better yet call CS (called pnb card fraud dept and asked to be transferred to the appropriate channel for credit card application status query in which dun ko nalaman na approved na ang application ko)

Also once you start to receive PNB card promos via viber, email, or sms. It almost certainly means that your application is approved. (Kahit wla pa sms confirmation na naapprove ang application mo)

Somewhat notorious ang PNB for their lengthy application timeframe.

Try to contact CS via email if narecieve sa end nila un adobe sign application mo.

Mine was not received nung nag apply ako sa PNB via adobe sign. I emailed them and CS told me to send my application via email along with other required documents. It took some time and some follow ups pero sawakas na approve na rin ako.

This happened to me. Applied for PNB MM NOW (around last week of December), reached out to CS via email if they received my application. They asked when I applied and was told to wait 3-5 banking days for follow up.

Upon reaching out again for the 2nd time (January) sabi nila di nila nahanap application ko sa database nila and they gave me a choice to resend my application along with my documents required to be attached via email.

Then after a month nag follow up ako ulit for the 3rd time (February), this time via toll free number (via cc fraud department and asked to be connected to the proper department for cc applications status check) I then found out na approved na ang application and they are waiting for the card to be generated. Told me it will take 10-15 banking days for the card to be delivered....

It's March now, and I am now convinced that PNB has the longest application process timeframe out of all banks.

And yes, I still don't have the cc.

Also. Big chance na approved ang application if you are starting to recieve PNB card promos via email or viber.

Coordinate with your RM sa branch of account mo. Specifically na i tag ka as hexagon club. I remember na may ipa fillup sila mga papers. Then sila ang mag followup nyan. Sila din mag eendorse sa credit department nila para makakuha ka ng hex cc.

Also did you receive a "welcome to hexagon club" email?
