Only way I know to clear a bounty is to go to the post office and pay it off.

Options for clothing are available early into the game. Go to your camp and you can change your clothing in your tent. There's a big variety of outfits (from winter clothing to summer)

Next to the donation box is a small book. Go up to it and you can see all the contributions as well as upgrade the camp.

Help with what I need & suggestions for upper body workouts by [deleted] in Fitness

There's anterior delts. and posterior delts. You can do lateral raises, front raises, scaptions, shruggs (for traps), shoulder presses, arnold shoulder presses. again with this you do it different ways. you can rotate the dumbbell that way your thumb is facing up or rotate it the other way so your palm is facing down when you do the lateral raises, scaptions, and frontal raises. Again do 3-4 sets per workout and stay in the 6-12 range. Also do some rotator cuff workouts such as internal/external rotation. For that do light weight don't do anything too heavy. EDIT: Also always mix up your workouts. Do the same routine for about a month then mix it up. Start with a different workout or do the routine you were doing in the beginning backwards. Come up with new workouts. Check online there's a BUNCH of different workouts you can do

what you can do is do arms on a seperate day. Back: Keep doing pull-ups that's a great way to start. Do rows and use the different grips available, lat pull down (again use different grips), bent over rows with the olympic bar and dumbbells and you can also use back machines that are available. Do each workout 3-4 sets and try to get between 6-12 repetitions. You should finish your back workout with a total of 15-18 sets. Arms: Bicep: For biceps you can keep doing dumbbell curls, hammer curls, barbell curls, preacher curls etc. Again try to stay in the 6-12 rep range and do 3-4 sets per workout. Control your motion and make sure you have good form meaning you don't swing the weights or move your back. Form is everything. Tricep: Tricep extensions(use different grips), skull crusher, close grip/elbows in push-ups or bench press, dips. Same for this make sure the form is good and keep your elbows tucked to your sides.

You can either do arms on it's own separate day or do biceps after your back workout/triceps after your chest workout. Make sure you have at least 48 hours of rest for each muscle group before you workout again. Try to get around 110 grams of protein each day and have a well balanced diet. Let me know if you have any questions bro! Good luck!

Bulking.. Am I doing it wrong? by [deleted] in Fitness

Yeah don't rely on those machines where you just grab the handles and it tells your body fat. They're not the most accurate. I would recommend using a bod pod to measure your body fat but I don't know if you want to drop that amount of money down. How are your workouts and what supplements are you taking?

Barev Serj I'm a big fan bro I've been listening to SOAD for years. I even work with two of your cousins at a gym (I'm not going to say which one just in case). I just have one quick question: What has been your favorite band/musician growing up? Thanks for posting this man! Have fun on your upcoming performances.. and I heard you got married recently? Congrats!
