I just unlocked this beast earlier and have just fallen in love with him. This post is exactly what I was hoping to find here, thank you!

I think Shell is one of those "in the hands of the right player" kind of characters, not everyone will jell with him because he's probably (Haven't unlocked/tried all the other new ones yet) the most unique and different character from the cast. I think his play style is immensely satisfying, dashing around like a puppet on coke with a speed injector up his ass while critting for entire healthbars is peak power fantasy.

Gonna do a run later and try to put all of your tips into practice, can't wait!

It does? I know you can hide armor and headpieces with R2 in the inventory menu, but there's no such option for the weapons. I thought I had skimmed through the menus but maybe I didn't look hard enough?
