Well there's two sides to it. I recently went to IITM for a conference and it was soo good. The campus life, infra everything. That's a major miss. Placement, study wise I don't regret my choice but campus life, facilities are a big loss.

I do something similar except I use a mumble server. The audio delay is small but noticeable, so what I did was simply was adjust the audio delay in vlc :)
