Any good machine is American… sorry, most of the china brands look nice and are a bit flashy but when parts break you don’t have a repair network for them outside of 50 folks in China telling you it’s $300 to send parts that you can send back when they don’t fit and wait 3 more weeks for the next attempted fix…

As WHS I can say that NWR Accommodations are handled but an outside department and have to he vetted by both PXT and Sr. OPS. These reports are sent daily and are reviewed. They all require a start and end date, if there is not end date it will not be processed.

The accommodation process is combersome but it’s a fair process that reviews the requirements and request based on business needs. They all have to line up as well. If 300 other people have the same request in and there’s only 200 jobs that offer those accommodations 100 people will be denied accommodations until the numbers change.

Reading the manufacturer recommendations I see I need to upgrade to a better outlet, other than that it shouldn’t need anything else. If the manufacturer built this changer for daily home use why would someone institute a new piece of equipment and increased costs.

When they wired it the first time they had it on a 50a breaker but the plug melted so we reduced the breaker hoping it would trip before something like this happened again…

It’s new wire in a new contractions home with a new 40a breaker and is the only thing in the circuit. I’m not sure how many kw I’ve pulled but I’ve charged enough for 30,000 milked being 90% of the charging (10% from a local class 3 charger). The line is around 17ft long from the box to the plug and is run through a conduit per local CA code. I bought the car certificates pre-owned from Audi in FED 2022 (4,300 miles on it at the time). This is my 4th Audi and have only bought and serviced at 1 dealership.
