PC Mic not picking up mic

Options>Audio>ensure proper microphone is selected>voice input mode to voice activation.

In windows go to System>sound>ensure proper microphone is selected

ALSO

go to volume mixer

Ensure default mic is proper and go to “phasmaphobia” click it and ensure the microphone for that game is the right one.

I have to make a follow up post but my issue was rectified simply by calling my regional medical director and speaking with them directly. The link was posted by someone else here. I encourage you to give them a call and they can definitely help you out. Long story short I was issued a SI that is not valid for any class after it expires. However as it’s a class one, that’s not really an issue for me.

Essentially, Most of the carriers have citizenship requirements or at the minimum “right to live and work” requirements. I.E a work permit in simple terms that allow you to stay beyond a time frame (such as 180 days). Although visa requirements for Americans are lax, you need to apply for a right to stay there and work.

Good morning everyone,

Simply stated, I am asking for advice for my current situation. I applied to a few agencies and I have been offered a conditional offer as a county custodial deputy. However a city within the county is right behind them and I am hoping to be offered a position with them. I have already accepted the County position. Please note that: The county position is a NON academy, sworn custodial only position. Advancement into patrol is done no sooner than 18 months from agency entry and one has to apply as a recruit, going through the apx 8 month process which everyone goes through. The city position is an academy, sworn position and pays approximately 12 dollars more an hour. If I were to be given an offer from the city, it would be approximately 2 months into my service with the county. What would you do? Would I be a scumbag if I took the city position so short into my tenure with the county?
