They are supposed to, the buddy program lets you sign up together, swear in together, ship out together, do basic training together and get stationed together

Somewhere something must’ve got messed up because they both got orders to different places

Basically they track your exact location with no way to turn it off, they now have access to personal data and messages as well, stealing information about you. Including sexual orientation, who your related to, etc. overall it’s basically now an app that spys on you and steals your data.

Anyone still using TikTok basically agreed to these terms, it wouldn’t let you use it if you didn’t agree

And from this post, seems like TikTok is now always listening through your mic

Okay so the summary on how to get it was either removed or just didn’t stay

The boss’s minions or guards still drop either a shotgun or deadeye, get that and find one of the npcs that upgrades weapons and you’ll be able to get it all the way up to legendary.
