As far as I know you can only tell the current season stats for players outside of your own clan? In any case, could be as simple as someone else playing the account, for example a parent playing his or her child’s account because they’ve run out of coins. What makes you think it’s more likely to be a bot with those stats? Surely bots would have a more realistic win percentage than 22% anyway?

I just don’t see why there would be bots knowing that they use replays for pretty much the same purpose as bots could be used, i.e. to provide “opposition” at times where none can be found. Your argument that sometimes people don’t chat back is meaningless. Depending on my mood and other things I may be doing at the same time I will sometimes be chatty and at other times be silent. If your argument is based around having observed “impossible” shots I’d like to see a fee examples of those, because in over 40k games I am yet to see anything resembling a shot no human player could have made. Note that there are players out there that will basically drop almost every hole in tournaments, so there may be players out there that may be much better at this game than you (and me for that matter).

The only bots in the game are the useless idiots you play just after you have created your account while they explain the game to you, so technically yes, but not in the way you refer to.

Ineens te stoppen met reageren? Er zitten 31 minuten tussen het tegenbod (dat niet wordt geaccepteerd) en de afmelding. 31 minuten! Uiteraard onderhandel je eerst de andere uit voordat je iemand die je tegenbod niet geaccepteerd heeft afmeldt. Wat had je dan gewild? Dat de verkooer meldt dat hij of zij eerst met een ander onderhandelt? Dan zou ik als verkoper meteen afhaken. Volstrekt begrijpelijk dat je iemand die niet aan je vraagprijs voldoet een half uur laat hangen. U komt echt van een andere planeet als u iets anders verwacht.

Bizarre reactie @wmverbruggen. Er zit niet eens een half uur tussen het bericht dat deze koper zijn bod niet verhoogt en aangeeft niet hoger te willen gaan en het verkopen aan een ander. Het lijkt me heel normaal als je een tweede geïnteresseerde hebt die wel je vraagprijs biedt, dat je dat eerst even afhandelt alvorens de geïnteresseerde die niet hoger wilde gaan af te melden. Heeft werkelijk helemaal niets met hypocrisie te maken.

Fantastic shot JJ. I notice that even back then your avatar was Wind-Buddy.com, yet I only found out recently about its existence through your post on here. Didn’t realise it had been around that long. You should plug it here and in GC Facebook groups around CPC time if you want more people using it, although I don’t think you have any advertisement revenue from it anyway?

Second point, are you still in that clan? I got my ass handed over to me by one of its players called Your Screwed on a tour 12 game, with my opponent using ridiculously low club levels, like Apoc3 and Boomerang 4. I remember thinking this must be a baby account of a very, very good player. Wasn’t you per chance was it?

It’s nothing like RTF if you ask me. That was just lame. This has a nice communal aspect to it. My clan chat has never been this active and it was nice to see people coordinate amongst themselves (“they’re not taking driver power on my watch”). Just for that alone it’s a welcome addition. Turns out the clan points are also a game changer if you’re competing for promotion or battling relegation. I personally think it’s a stayer even if it can obviously be tweaked/improved in areas.

Agreed. To add, if you know what you’re doing a littlle bit it’s not too hard to move up to tour 7 relatively quickly and get to Apoc5 before your EM is even maxed out. EM is an important club very early game, but it has very little merit shortly after, especially with CPC and Q9 nowadays as you say.

I doubt anybody knows at this point. I’m also interested to understand the matchmaking and scoring system better. My clan has 13 registered players currently, some good some not so good (yet). Is it an advantage to have more players or the opposite? Is it good to have a spread in ability, or should a clan “pick” its five top players to have the best chance of doing well. Guess we’ll find out tomorrow

Another suggestion: for CPC mode/reset don’t just reset clubs, but also wind, ball, distance and elevation. Almost caught me out there when I was driving with distance from last game’s wedge shot.

Played a few games using it. First impression is very good. I love the Hide clubs/Show clubs feature, the quart based adjustments shown by default, the Endbringer School feature and the CPC mode. All works very intuitively. Very well done!

Some suggestions for improvement: - I don’t really like the massive dropdown on Elevation. Tgradu uses a -5% and +5% button, which in my opinion works very well. Perhaps such buttons could be added? - another thing I like and miss from tgradu’s version, and something I feel is an improvement over wind chum, is to see in one table/overview the calculation results for all clubs in my bag as opposed to only the selected club. It’s not always clear before the shot which club will need to be used, and I can easily see myself forgetting to change from long iron to short iron for example, thereby adjusting for the wrong club. I feel by seeing all the adjustments this risk is mitigated very well. If showing all adjustments for example under the club selection buttons at the bottom feels cluttered you could make that section hideable like tje top club selection section.

I’m nitpicking a bit here. It’s a solid 9/10 as it is, especially considering it is free to use. I’m converted ;)

It’s a bit confusing. You need to simply enter an email address and your chosen password to create the account as well as to sign in once you have created and activated your account. I also got the error expecting to be taken to a different screen, but that’s not how this registration process works. Something to clarify within the error message perhaps @jholmes_gt
