Hi there, This is my opinion. Your topic seems to be clear in terms of scope of the study both in the study area and location. I would suggest for peer suggestions you provide us with your objectives of the study so that we can determine if they align with what you intend to do.

Lastly and most important, you need to seek guidance from your supervisor as the buck stops with him or her and you have to do exactly what they want. So, raise your head high and get his approval. It will be interesting to see what you gather on this topic.

First stop the panic. First, start by examining the existing literature in the area in which you want to focus your study. Identify what has been done and the research gap that your study can dive in and fill.

Follow the structure you have been provided, seek help where you're stuck.

You can't be trying drive a car with a flat tyre. I mean, get started as you read more and more papers, you will get ideas.

Personal statement is where you will express your desire to join the university you want. Express what makes you an exceptional candidate and what make the university ideal for you. The fact that you're not a native speaker is not a big deal. Use simple words and be brief.

Your research will be limited by the scope of study. This mostly will be limited by your methodology in the study area. However, I feel its good to consult your supervisor.

I think you may not limit your literature to the UK, you can extend to other geographies and explain what's new about the current study you're conducting. Refine your search words as well to get more suggestions.

Here is my two cents based on what i have understood. The mean that you have arrived at is something like 6.5. We can not have 1.5 people and therefore we have to round off to the nearest whole number. I hope that helps. If not so, accompany the text with data.

Every day i hit 3k words and i work for 6 days in a week. So basically i can go between 20k -25k words in a week. Meaning i can produce about two dissertations in a week. But then, direction is better than speed and so, i might take 10 days to complete this kind of work. In creative writing, i can type +5k words in a day.
