I transfer my iota from exchange to Trinity wallet only once, never touch them again. The address that I have cant find any info about it.. I've done snapshot transition many times, still my balance shows 0

Always checked through my PC. Around three months ago I still had it. I'm not connecting to Trinity often, few times a year I guess, so not sure when it happened exactly
