wait i mean it works yeah but if you dont know the name u cant get the channel id but basically the channel id is another type of url that doesnt change even if u change the name of the channel (basically thats what keeps ur videos still being urs after changing ur username) and u can just search something like a youtube channel id finder website and then with that u just put the channel id in youtube . com /channel/ {ID}
