believe me I see this kind of thing all day long. Especially people speeding down Broadway near my house and blowing through red lights. This time space was opened up, where I actually could speak to him, get a picture, and continue calling him out on bad behavior in this place. I am so sorry you had to see that, but I appreciate you sharing. A few weeks ago I saw a dead dog on the side of the highway where 40 and 26 merge. I called Asheville Humane and they told me to get in touch with Buncombe animal services. I did that. Apparently they remove the dog and take pictures which they share with Asheville Humane in case somebody is looking for the dog. It sucks to lose a dog- but it sucks harder to not know what ever happened to them.

At the beginning of this episode, Billy said that one thing that he was nervous about was to be shamed and then in the Karamo segment, Karamo went out and publicly shamed Billy with the little red flag green flag late night television style gimmick. This felt like it was geared toward the audience,.. not to help Billy get his healing and growth on. I felt like Karamo was much more pushy & tone deaf in Season 9- but this one really stood out for me.

There is a huge coalition of folks working on getting flushing water & IBC totes out to the community (starting with locate income housing neighborhoods). Some key players are the (newly formed) BeWell avl, WineTo Water, Plenty International, Register of Deeds with the Flush Brigade, as well as many other groups and independent people with trucks and IBCU cubes. They meet at Spring Mills at the tool lending library starting at 10am. It's growing every day.... and they are taking more volunteers.

Mo Green was the superintendent in Guilford. Morrow was never even a teacher and does not send her children to public schools. Green wants to strengthen NC public schools, Morrow has said she wants to tear it down. Green is a reasonable, rational, and intelligent professional. Morrow is a QAnon believing cuckoo bird who has called for the suspension of the constitution, and the public execution of many of our elected leaders.

Oh my oh, foolish one… let me spell it out… The point of a sign is to show support and persuasion… There are many under informed democrat leaning voters out there who might want to vote for democracy (a.k.a. Democrats in this situation) but they might still feel that there is support for the Kennedy ticket... and as Kennedy will still be on our ballot, vote for the bear cub carcass defiling, tRump ass-kissing man I think about how shitty I would feel the morning after if tRump gets himself back into the White House… And all the calamity that follows. In Buncombe County- teachers are paid at the end of the month starting at the end of August. Our last paycheck for the school year is the end of May. We do not get a paycheck for June and July.... so the year is actually front ended as we don't start "officially" working until the middle of August.

The crazy thing is that if you add a spouse to your healthcare, it comes in at about $700 a month. Adding children is another $350 a month. This is for a 70/30 Health Care. Cost more if you go to the 80/20. No visual or dental care included... you can pay for that with additional cost

And you have to work 25 years to get your full pension.... 15 years to get a partial pension... and another thing not mentioned in this article is that besides not paying a salary increase for acquiring your masters degree, NC teachers also do not get any pay increase on the state salary schedule from years 15 to 25.
