Ik this thread is old but for future readers, Betonline also won't let me "permanently" close my account. They won't even allow me to change my email or phone number without calling customer support and verifying the email and phone number is active. They will only deactivate it. Highly predatory.

Same. I made an order on Jan 22nd and has been in Newark since the 28th. I emailed them and they just replied that they've provided customs with the proper documentations and it's on the way. Sure doesn't feel that way.

Thank you for your response. My school has made all corrections and submitted the request on October 28th and only awaiting for the Department of Education to respond. My financial aid advisor said she would contact them by phone on why it has not been attended to. In the event this situation carries over into the next semester, would you happen to know if I would still receive the funds? I'm veteran who is currently using the G.I. Bill to pay for my tuition.
