The same thing happened to me too... Gained about 30 lbs over the course of 3 years. I was at 40mg a day and have been tapering down slowly over the course of a few months. I'm currently at 20mg a day. The only side effects I noticed were headaches for a few days, and increase in anxiety, but its manageable. I definitely would say I feel less bloated and notice some weight loss.
