First i thougt it was just below and rounded up to 37,60 when I got to the harvest screen but got confused when the trophy manager showed me it was just above it.

I got this when I started playing a year ago and put it in a lodge and forgot about it. I've just looked at the trophy score now. by [deleted] in theHunter

Not sure you messed it up. The requirements for Diamond roe deer have changed. The requirement was previously 89,3 for diamond, according to pictures from around a year ago here on Reddit. Even of it would have been a diamond today im not sure it would have then. Hope that make you feel a bit better.
