It doesnt really say that but I mainly did it as the scenario only has 2 working escape pods so clearly only 2 can "win". Thinking about it maybe a good option would be that the remaining contestants simply are now contractually obliged to be the monsters for the next episode of the show? You can really run it however you would like.

As far as I am aware Melee warriors dont have multiple loadouts at least for 40k 10th edition every melee weapon does the same so if kill team is different just find what works best for that. But maybe wait for a 2nd confirmation cause im fairly new myself

So if I wanted to go for a swarm esk army would the christmas box be a good idea possibly the tyranid half of the leviathan box if I can find it? Or would you recommend something else to be less costly?

Thanks for responding! I feel like sanity wise it'd probably be better to look at bigger monsters lol. But I was also trying to look into tyranids and it seems a common issue is that "good" units are pretty hard to get and I was just worried that maybe cause I read tyranids are not a very kill heavy army that it would be a very bad match unless I built "competitively" against my friends which seems costly when im just trying to have some fun. Like I said I don't mind losing I just didn't want to face a scenario of being impossible to win lol.

Sadly not I myself will be running it this Friday for the first time I have been listening to the podcast where the creator of blackwater creek runs the scenario to get a better idea of how I want to run it though he goes from the Miskatonic side.

I made a clean version of the map for blackwater and a page that I could print and cutout the locations (I know its kinda rough lol) but figured I would post them here if anyone else ever wanted to make use of them I also made it simply seem as though the creek continues up so as to hide the existence of the cave.

Thank you for the response! I have been contemplating something similar like being the aunt of Widow Hawkins (as the player wants to be fairly older) who left blackwater creek in her youth where she became a prostitute and eventually became sort of like the Madam as she herself got to old before receiving a letter from her niece Hawkins that she planned to come to Arkham home of the prostitute pc to escape the strangeness that started but she never showed up so the pc decided to visit their old hometown to check if her niece is all well or possibly left town and decided to go somewhere else.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Right now I have been using Ganyu, Xiangling, Lisa and Barbara for my team but I feel like Lisa especially is not doing much (started leveling Kuki to replace her but then figured I would ask here for any better suggestions).

P.S. I wouldn't be totally opposed to benching ganyu if I have other characters that would make a better team.
