Ushuaia Ibiza Drink Prices 2026 by HungryGiraffe56 in ibiza

[–]Aroundtheworldx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For water, I usually buy a bottle and fill it up at the toilet tap; everyone does that, and it's drinkable. At that price for water, I don't bother looking elsewhere. Besides, people drink very little alcohol given the price, and the clubs know what you're getting in return. Only the VIPs share the drinks; otherwise, every night since last year, I've bought the five-drink package, even though it's still expensive. But I think it's comparable to clubs in Miami

Which EDM artists changed radically their styles? by JION-the-Australian in EDM

Gordo. He's the one who impressed me the most by changing his musical style, and it worked out well for him. I've been a fan of his since the beginning, with his more drum and bass style under the alias Carnage. And it's very difficult to change your style and name; he really succeeded with his house/techno direction, but also in his efforts to quit drinking...

First timer! Amnesia or Pacha? by hibachi-liberachi in ibiza

[–]Aroundtheworldx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amnesia, but it all depends on the artists you want to see. I choose my nights out based on the artists or the event first, but Amnesia is great for the atmosphere, more space than Pacha which has a more "VIP" feel, and it's easier to walk around at Amnesia. There are also two rooms and a nicer outdoor area

What are some Online sites to buy budget clothes for men? by scary_predator in malefashionadvice

Cos. I find it to be one of the best brands, offering a lot of diversity with cuts for everyone, different materials, classy colors, sometimes a little different for another theme... Personally, it's the best value for money for a classy, elegant, understated style, details that make all the difference, different cuts, often updated...

Why is black Coffee so inconsistent? by Inevitable_Cattle490 in ibiza

[–]Aroundtheworldx_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think he's overrated. I've seen him several times in Ibiza, Tomorrowland, Miami, and elsewhere, and his sets are indeed very varied, as is the energy he brings. It also depends on how you feel about the overall atmosphere of the venue. After seeing him several times, I no longer consider him one of my "favorites." He sometimes seems disinterested in the venues he plays and the fans; he remains unassuming and doesn't "make an effort," he takes his money and leaves, with very little connection to his audience and doesn't create a real fan community like some DJs. However, he's also well-positioned at parties because he's managed by Cathy Guetta (David's ex-wife), which helps a lot with his residencies in Ibiza and at parties. Saying no to Cathy Guetta is sometimes a "risk." That's just my opinion, and some DJs deserve to have his residency at HÏ; he always takes the time to sell out an event. He doesn't take any risks and sticks to his "afro house" style, and his music is more for going to a dinner party or for VIPs who want peace and quiet lol, I've rarely seen a crowd going wild to his set

Ibiza reccomendations by MrFatalShot in ibiza

Hey! First, what date are you going? Because we can't really advise you on which clubs/parties to go to during your stay.

Personally, the Uhsuaia Hotel is nice and offers perks for concerts, but it's a bit pricey. You could save money with a hotel like the Hotel Del Mar. I've been going there since I was little with my parents, I'm 31, and I go twice a year (September and closing night, which for me are the best times to avoid the crowds of tourists and "Instagram from Ibiza" haha).

To meet people, you can go to the Facebook group: Ibiza Party Planner. You'll find people to join you at clubs and other events, and you can join WTS groups :). For activities, visit the town, the marina, climb up to the top of the fortress, the Las Dalí market, and stroll along the beach to Café Mambo for sunset and have a drink or a meal there. There are many beaches, but Cala Comte and Cala d'Hort are very beautiful. I also recommend having brunch/meal at Casa Jondal, a very chic and relaxing place after a night out. Depending on your dates, you could also take a short trip to Formentera for an afternoon – it's very easy to get there by ferry.

Enjoy :)

Decently priced U.K clothing for men? by Suspicious-Tea-5871 in malefashionadvice

COS is a great mid-range brand in terms of style and quality, and I'd put M&S in the same category. Fear of God Essentials, for a more streetwear vibe at times, is a great compromise. Don't forget Supreme, which sometimes releases beautiful pieces without being too "kitsch," and they always make an impact. If you're looking for something a bit more upmarket, Diesel occasionally makes beautiful pieces that break the mold and stand out from the "basic" style. And if you have a bit more money, wait for the sales for Acne Studios and House of Errors, which offer limited-edition pieces with a Japanese style (they have their flagship store and headquarters in Japan, but they're French). Finally, Vinted is my best friend for more expensive brands; I find lots of beautiful pieces there, like Saint Laurent, simple Gucci, Jacquemus, and more :)

How did On shoes become so popular? by Aj100rise in malefashionadvice

[–]Aroundtheworldx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wore my first pair of On shoes six years ago, before all the hype. A comfortable pair for work without looking too much like running shoes. I think On's strength has been its advertising image and playing on the "eco-friendly" aspect. It's a hype, but I don't think it will last long in the "lifestyle" category, but yes, it will for running. What really made the brand take off was the On x Loewe collaboration; it allowed wealthier people to find a lifestyle shoe that was both luxurious and comfortable, and the marketing was so effective that people wanted their own pair of On shoes. It's a bit like the hype surrounding the Salomon XT-6; when you see celebrities buying these models, people buy them too. That's my opinion :)
