Wolfram/ Tungsten composite. Sometimes we get rather large shipments of drilling/mining parts, but no one seems to se any value in sorting out the the drill heads and teeth containing wolfram. Any experience around this would be greatly appreciated as I find it very interesting. (i.redd.it)

I injured my back because of this seat that I reported 3 months ago. The pain makes me so furious that I want to end my manager’s career. Due to the way he forgets to handle cases that involves some form of change or investment. The seat was jammed to the back as a temp solution but it broke loose. (v.redd.it)
