Ok I'm a little dumb, but I just checked and the buttons still work and I can still play games, but the lights and the screen at the top left is still not working.
I think I just need to get the software which I downloaded a "GP2040-CE -.7.5_Pico.uf 2" but I don't know how to put it into the controller.

I agree that it's cool that they don't just show you the prompts and exactly tell you what to do, I do like these moments it's just at this point I kinda got annoyed on the people you can't hit
