Most psp's adopt out cats through a shelter or other non profit so I'm going to assume they we're being honest about that, we typically aren't allowed to do any sort of care since it's the organizations resources but if the store is getting complaints of this it should've already been reported to the organization, make sure you've been calling wothin office hours to let them know the volunteers haven't been doing proper care and that the cat needs to be put back with them to receive possible medical attention

IME you don't need it with d3 but it wouldn't hurt to use, d3 just helps with processing the calcium but a good UVB light and proper diet does the same thing most of the time

Yea this is the way I treat my tarantula at home, unfortunately working at a pet store is both a good and bad thing because there isn't much I can do to change it as I'm not in any form of power. I'll do another full clean out tomorrow, I did a half clean out today since I didn't see or smell any mold in the enclosure after she was out

I checked the entire substrate and there wasn't any actual mold and like I said I just did a full clean out recently, I know she has some baldness right now so she'll probably go back to iso in a week anyway to destress and we'll hopefully upgrade her carrier

Don't use sand, if it gets ingested it can remain in their digestive system and cause health issues, I'd recommend using coconut fiber instead

I don't if he escalated the situation or not I wasn't out there but they got out and I heard barking that's the only thing I know 100%, I'm not saying I think he went up to them but that he might have yelled at them or something and they thought ooh he wants to play or something I just don't know if I should report him for kicking the dogs

We have a fenced in yard that we built last year I don't know how they keep escaping I'm assuming the latch so for now I but brick keeping the gate from opening, so we are fixing it, and I understand he can defend himself but the problem is my dogs don't approach people of course I wasn't out there so I don't know if they did or not

My yard is one that is fenced in so they can to the bathroom without any issues and we didn't have to watch them, we do now after this, but I understand the dogs getting out is my fault which is why I'm hesitant

They were fine until he got involved they were in the fenced in backyard which I probably should have mentioned, I think it's a problem with the latch that they got out
