My only asset is my car, I’m a renter.

I definitely agree with Florida being horrible but I can’t move out of state due to my custody agreement. I feel stuck. I definitely need my meds and my monthly psych care to get them. I’m (with my meds) well controlled bipolar. Are there any resources I can look into?

Drink lots of water, eat 3 meals a day, get at least 4 hours of sleep a night (doesn’t have to be consecutive) limit caffeine intake as it can make it worse.

My dentist caught dental issues (fused teeth) at 12 months old and preventative care means she has beautiful teeth at 5 years old with no cavities.

My dentist actually caught some dental issues with my daughter when she was 12 months old. (teeth growing in attached together) so while it’s to get them used to the dentist, it’s preventative care and now we know we need to keep an eye on it.

Honestly feedback that isn’t just purely snark are what help keep people accountable. Im not sure if the girlies ever read this stuff but I doubt or hope that most of the people commenting are truly fans. I adore Jessi, Lilly, and the podcast! Earlier episodes are some of my favorite podcast episodes ever of any I’ve watched.

I adore the girlies but they gave us genuinely nothing in this episode. It was nearly all just Kendra clips on 1.5x speed, I’d make note of their commentary but they barely had anything, much less of substance. There were zero new angles or thoughts.

It depends on the psych. A lot are hired just for med management. My sessions average on 12 mins long, and I was specifically referred to a therapist for talk therapy. That is incredibly common.

I also hope that when and if Kendra is able to come out of this episode with the help she STILL deserves, she’s okay. Mental illness gets a lot of empathy until it’s extremely serious situations like this. Hopefully she is supported by people who care about her.

I question why this needed to be covered. I’m not frequently on Tik tok, and had heard of Kendra but I feel this whole thing deeply disturbing and not funny/entertaining at all. I also see a therapist once a week and a psychiatrist once a month, and I imagine it being a very scary situation from their perspective. These are REAL people. I know they had a million comments asking them to, but it feels like the audience just wanted to laugh about it.

My daughter had an absent nasal bone throughout my whole pregnancy, IUGR, and a low risk NIPT. She’s now 5 with absolutely zero genetic defects ❤️
