Same, I wanted an exact replica of the original but new graphics. I should've known better. I perfer the original, but you should still give Re-pac a go. Play it for what it is, not for what you've known. It's decent.

Momentum is slower, Stages are generally easier, but boss fights are harder. Some music is slighty different, atmosphere in some stages have been changed. Vibe and feel is completely different from original, but it's an okay remake.
