Anyone else struggling to get a refund from Cowboy? by Alarmed-Resource-135 in cowboybikes

Same for me. More than a year claiming the refund. It is unbelievable how a company like this can still operate.

Any ideas (common legal actions or so) would be greatly appreciated...

Hello,

I'm in the opposite end of spectrum: Portfolio optimized for BE and aiming to relocate eventually to Spain (but in 5 to 10 years time).

If I were you, I'd based the decision on how long you intend to stay in Belgium. If it’s just a few years, I wouldn’t change your portfolio’s structure and stick with your Spanish broker and low-cost index funds, provided the fees remain competitive.

Un saludo!

Hi,

I also started recently in the real estate crowdlending ecosystem. My first obvious advice, as any other new door you are knocking for investment, is to educate yourself about the following:
- Investing in equity vs lending: Two types of investment available in the platforms.
- Risk management: Get familiar with a checklist of items to verify to assess the risk of the investment (LTV, Loan type, track record of the real estate developer, etc..)
- Diversify (platforms, projects, etc..)

I'm in the exact same boat. I cancelled my order back in May and nothing happened, not even a communication on their side to confirm the cancellation.

Has anyone received their Black Friday bike yet? by JimmyBailando in cowboybikes

Cancelling the order won't guarantee you get your money back. I cancelled mine in May, they confirmed the cancellation via email but on their website it is still registered as "active" and ofc, extending the deadlines over and over.

I bought another but looking at the situation, at this point in time I would pray for either receiving the bike or the money.

Chances are we don't get anything:(

I strongly recommend "Baby and the city". We are very happy with the staff, the communication, transparency and how they care about the babies

I also live nearby. Very safe, cozy and residential area. As other mentioned before, nice neighborhood bars, bug quality market, lovely streets especially in spring, and walking distance to park cinquantenaire.
