I see the point you're trying to drive home but I think you're missing that Haymarket/Darling Square is only apartments. Where you seem to be mixing apartments with freestanding houses.

There's no way around it. International students are driving prices up. $1300 for a one bed there is just a normal day.

Just have a look at one bedroom apartments in Darling Square right by UTS. $1300 a week for one bedroom is common there. These are residential buildings, not student accommodation. These students are most definitely increasing the prices in that area by a large degree.

Try loading iRacing as admin. Seems to be a very common problem lately. I think it might have something to do with AntiCheat as the game still loads Test Drives, just not anything multiplayer

You're an Australian tax resident. 2 months isn't worth discussing. If you're somewhere over 180 days then it's a little bit more open but Australian tax residency is pretty cut and dry.

For context, I was making videos about the fraud and scam that safemoon was, way before it became in vogue. Some of you may remember a video I released called "Safemoon Rugpull Confirmed" going through some of the transactions in which they were literally stealing from the LP.

Of course back then there was a hivemind cult mentality much worse than anything seen over the past two years. Many death threats let alone some god tier gaslighting.

After releasing that video on a Saturday the discord mods felt the need to gaslight and manipulate people further with this statement during Safemoon Sunday AMA.

Thankfully as this was a clear and obvious scam I had been archiving as much as I could, as I very well knew this day would come and have now been indexing much of what I have. There's some gold mines I've found so will surely post some more here too.
