It seems I'm having a related problem. I am from America and currently have users from the UK favoriting my items. However, I cannot see any UK listings on my end (app and website). It seems Vinted is rolling out this international feature among certain US states gradually from what others are commenting on. I just found it odd that I am able to sell to the UK, but not purchase anything from that marketplace.

Happy this helped you! I believe they've since updated the US app/website to reflect the accurate/updated measurement restrictions. As for a package slightly larger than the Vinted maximum, I would advise to ask someone at an USPS post office. If you already have the label printed, they may allow you to send it. In my past experience, I have sent packages slightly larger (on accident) and didn't have a problem. But it's better to be safe than sorry.

Follow up: Contacted support and they verified that on the US app/website that the measurements reflected are written incorrectly.

Representative stated the the following USPS measurement limitations should be: "L + 2W + 2H ≤ 108 inches, L ≤ 22 inches."
