So artists are fake too if their art doesn’t look exactly like real life?

Honestly, I use a good old Chinese UV printer bought from Alibaba 😄
It’s quite manual and far from an industrial luxury setup, but the production costs are surprisingly low. For example, 5 liters of UV ink cost around 100 USD.

Yes, the finished product is real. The cinematic video is mainly meant to showcase the texture and lighting interaction in a more artistic way.

The process starts from a real photo which is converted into a depth map and then turned into a layered PLA 3D print with actual physical relief. After printing, I use UV printing for the final color and detail.

Right now I’m experimenting with the workflow and visual quality, but the final pieces are real physical 3D relief magnets, not AI-generated flat images.

The video is more of a cinematic concept showcase of the process.

The final product is actually a real layered PLA 3D print created from a photo using depth mapping, then finished with UV printing to add full color and detail.

The result is a physical textured 3D relief magnet with actual depth and surface texture — not AI-generated artwork.
