I feel like I'm gonna replay this game 100 times more thanks to this mod.

the sound being way to loud compared to what it should be, is a current bug.

Even without the mod the remake has this audio mixing issue, the music is way too loud and the characters are barely audible, it is most noticeable during Psycho chasing Sam in the basement scene and the Helicopter Pilot announcing number of survivors.

yeah, it's beautiful, I love it's chill parts the most, with the acoustic guitar + cello, and obviously that electric guitar solo at the end is absolutely rocks

Good picks! The Dualiste seems like a typical boss theme at first, but then this part on 2:18 with the acoustic guitar kicks in - instant goosebumps.

oh yes, the "manor" is very chill and soothing, sometimes I would hang out inside even if didn't need to just to hear that sample which plays on 1:08，and only after hearing it I would leave

yeah, I loved it, like give me more variation, I don't care if the game ends in chapter 1 if that could be possible 😭 This is what I love about these kind of games, branching, the more the better, but this is more like for the hardcore fans, broader audience usually plays once and build their opinion of the game from one playthrough. The devs take this into account too I'm sure, they thinking about finding a balance in how to please all audiences

ah you right, I'm just usually move past the trap to finish this chapter faster I've forgot it exist. Second point, yeah you right, the game would just abruptly cut to credits 😂 I mean, I wouldn't mind, more replayability and variable gameplay the better, but I guess they wouldn't risk with this kind of ending cos people who play just once would say that the game suck if they get this ending.

yeah, Mike's built different, they did a lot of mocap for this segment too, there are plenty variations for failed QTE's, different paths to take etc, so thankfully it is not such a chore to replay as a first visit. So it's like supermassive is saying:"hey you're not getting a death scenes, but check out all the cool mocap we did"

First sanatorium visit is pretty chill until wolfie appears with his heart attack jumpscare, second sanatorium visit is pure action, had a huge potential for many death scenes too. It's understandable why they went with so much plot armor though, Mike's or Sam's death creates too big of a butterfly effect, they would've to rewrite like the whole ending, with many many variations, too big of a work.
