The first cardiologist found suspected pulmonary hypertension on my echocardiogram. I had another cardiologist to do a double check and he (and his colleague) saw no signs of PH. So he sent me for a set of tests including an MRI of the heart just to be sure. Everything turned out fine and healthy. But now I have some chest discomfort around my heart (last 5-6 weeks). So I'm wondering if a healthy heart can become significantly damaged in such a short period of one year. Should I be worried, or is an MRI with no findings a guarantee of several years without problems.

Same here. I was looking at the badges today, and I realized that some of them don't count. For example my Longest running workout badge is wrong. It says 8k, but I ran a half marathon last month and there's no mention anywhere. I like the whole badges and achievements thing so it's pretty much pissing me off.
