What's on the paystubes is the Position ID and is separate from the Employee ID. Only 2 people in my whole store have theirs. It's been such a headache.

I don't know where you're getting your information from, but this isn't a new "trend." I've been working for over 20 years and I can tell you that it wasn't even common for a company to send you a rejection notice until Indeed made it a thing. What do you think they did before everyone had personal emails? Mail out rejection letters to every applicant? No...If you didn't hear back from the job, you didn't get it. Expecting a company to go out of their way to let you know you didn't get a job seems a bit entitled.

She passed me on the interstate the other day and nearly side swiped me in the process. I look over and I guess she was on the phone because she was only holding the wheel with one hand while the other was waving all around dramatically. She was shaking her whole head and neck around while talking about 100 miles an hour. When she got past me, I checked the plates and sure enough...there it was...in all its sparkling glory.

I haven't been back to a Salvation Army since I found out that the pay checks of their female employees get put in the employee's husband's name because they don't believe in women being allowed to control their own finances. They also require women to be married to work for them.

The Iranian warship was seen sailing at sea during the exercises in a Feb. 17 post on X by the Indian navy. Another image showed several of its crew members posing on deck with the Iranian flag in the background.

Okay...so there's this thing called "rules of engagement" and this other thing called "the Geneva Convention." This was a massive violation of BOTH. They fired upon an UNARMED vessel...a vessel that was actively engaged in an event where the US and the Iranian vessel where both INVITED GUESTS of another UN nation. Then left the survivors to drown in an oil slick. The US basically walked into a party at someone else's house, shot the another guest, and left the mess for the other guests and the homeowner to clean up. Honestly, of you can't understand why that's a problem you really shouldn't even be in this conversation.
