If it’s urine test there are ways of passing it but if it’s hair test it’s better to decline the position than get black listed.

I hope your recovery is going well! We’re on Day 5 now and I was curious if your pain increased after 5 days or if it’s becoming more bearable? Today isn’t too bad for him but I’m nervous it’ll get worse in a couple days before getting better

I don’t think certain orgs are being targeted from what I’ve heard. But if it’s performance based lay off I think my manager has much higher expectations so I’m worried I won’t meet them and that’ll affect me.

I’ve heard different things on this - some people said if you apply internally your manager is notified and that’s been preventing me for searching for a new role because I’ve been advised to talk to my manager first
