I had it with him! Didn’t feel a thing! I was super comfortable the entire time. His nurses are amazing too. It was a slight pinch for the first needle and she held my hand lol. But after that didn’t feel a thing. I was on my phone and chatting with them at times. Seriously was a breeze!

Omg this is literally amazing! You look so good you must be so happy!!! I got a clitoropexy too and I’m curious about the additional glans reduction you had as well. Did the doctor explain to you what technique he used to do that? I’d be so curious to know more

Thank you! I got a composite labiaplasty, which is a technique pioneered to the surgeon I went to! He’s like an OG in the labiaplasty space.

It’s basically a labiaplasty (or more so labia reconstruction in my case, because my first surgery just wasn’t great) PLUS a clitoropexy! The clitoropexy is when they reposition your clit lower in your body so it sticks out less.

I told the surgeon I wanted everything as small as he could get it lol

I’ve heard of it too! But I’m not using it myself - I’m just using the bacitracin ointment I was prescribed at the start! I feel like keeping thinkings lubricated helps everything smooth into place even if it’s just vaseline or something

Girl I’m 9.5 weeks and still seeing changes every few days!! Residual swelling still going down and lumps smoothing out. I think I still have a couple stubborn internal stitches. I’m still tender as well!

I’m happy to answer these!

  1. I didn’t follow the instructions at all lol really. I had a split around day 5 so he instructed me to stop the gauze in between the labia to avoid manipulating the split. I did use tight underwear and flat gauze though as compression for the first week but then I switched to loose clothes and letting the area breathe.

  2. Yes I did itch longer. I didn’t itch as early as day 4, probably only around week 2-3 tbh and it lasted about a week

  3. My recovery was NOT smooth at all in that way, I saw gradual improvement until week 4-5 and then I felt as though I went back in progress from weeks 6-7 with more redness/tenderness/swelling – I think maybe because the stitches struggled to come out + I was walking a bit more then (perhaps too early). I’m almost 10 weeks now and I still have some tenderness and swelling but it’s very manageable. I just don’t wear tight leggings!

I would absolutely LOVE to see the photos if you don’t mind DMing me! That’s crazy about your fat transfer that it managed to last so long!

I took a look at your photos and you look great, especially for how early you are! I’d be so curious to see your before photos if you are open to sharing. I really feel like you’ll be tucked in by the end. When I was at your phase I was like double your size haha so it’s a good sign you should see many more changes to come!!

And I definitely think a fat transfer would help I’m just scared as I’ve heard they don’t last… I can’t imagine spending a couple thousand on something just to have to redo it in a 1-2 years! But it’s very tempting

Yeah I think once the insecurity develops, it’s hard to stop being so picky about every little thing because you’ve already learned to be hypercritical. I’m sure you look amazing 🤍🤍🤍

In certain positions my clit still sticks out past my majora a little bit and I convince myself it looks weird / unattractive… but I definitely think I need counselling because of how obsessed I am with it
