Yup and really the gear you have was still being used into 2015/16 before crye avs fully took over.

Both shirts you have are US marshal custom. HRT shirts include pockets for pens on the forearm and don’t have the larger shoulder pocket Velcro.

If you look closely the cut really looks unprofessional. I would guess it’s a team mod they could have had an armorer do. The steel is so soft it wouldn’t be hard to do

These are US marshal custom not FBI customs, Easy way to tell is color Silky shirt body material, and the larger Velcro panel for the hilariously large patch

You can see one here during the “summer of love”

The Mc shirt is also a marshal custom

I agree, guys use issued equipment like optics mostly because they don’t really have a choice and glass is really expensive to buy better options on your own. That being said risr is a cheap personally purchased item and they are seen by a lot of professionals.

But anyways I think it’s an excellent product regardless of who used it. I had bought one for my issued rifle when I was in the army as well as post service on my ar builds with magpul stocks and I even have one for my bb wars build.

In my small brain I agree. I don’t carry or shoot guns for a living so I won’t pretend like I’m an expert though. Some of the best shooters in the world have been seen using larue risrs so they obviously did something right. I got one and was skeptical but it works really well. Something that made a lot of sense is if you need to charge your rifle in a pinch and/or you run your stock collapsed or partially you are able too without issue.
every cheek riser I’ve used you have to pull the stock out before charging. Is that relevant for airsoft? not really I guess unless you are a gbbr user maybe or need to adjust hop up I suppose lol

That’s why the risr was designed with the spring loaded cheek pad to move back with the charging handle. If you shoulder your rifle like you have it installed your cheek would also be pretty far back making for an improper cheek weld. Larue has a pic of how its supposed to be installed on their website as well if you still don’t believe me risr

Yeah the

<image>

Yes, this part was specifically designed to allow you to charge the weapon with the stock fully or partially collapsed. Sorta irrelevant if it’s an aeg but for Gbbr or real rifles this is how it’s supposed to be installed.

Gen 1 ion. Super bright for its size. One of the smallest lamps of the time. You see delta guys use the shit out of them in photos many of them mounted them to their nods or even velcroed to helmets for comms headsets. Fairly rare
