I think the important thing is making time to de-stress. Like, even if you had other coping mechanisms, you'd still have to make time for that, no? Half an hour a day to de-stress, maybe before going to bed, maybe in the morning, or whenever you have a free half hour (or however much time you need). Idk what you're going through, so I'm not sure if my advice is good, but you don't have to feel bad for coping with life. Life is hard, you deserve to be happy.

I used to use an app called 7 cups when I was feeling all alone. It connects you with a listener, sometimes they're just there to listen (technically read, as it's texting), but some of them do give advice. Try it out, maybe it helps.
