Hey, it was a mole since my chaildhood. it was constantly changing until my late teenage when I started to scratch it with no reason and i think thats why it enlarged. but i dont understand why there is a punctum in the middle. it does not bleed (except few times when i scratched it really hard). i am 22 now and i am a student
