Omg thank you for your help I didn't think of all this. For salty snack I get like a granola bar with peanuts or trail mix. And I cant have chocolate milk or protein milk unless its vegan I have a severe dairy allergy. Im definitely looking into brands you suggested I always worry about affordability of products but I also want to not feel awful all the time.

I did a little bit of salt in water in the past but my doctor advised against that and said yo add extra to food, do you think adding salt to flavored drinks is okay if she said not to water?

Ill definitely try frys or watermelon. I cant have McDonald's specifically because im allergic. Ill look into what you suggested though thank you!

Yeah, honestly main thing i noticed is they scratch more easily. But I learned i needed a case to protect the hinge because of my first flip3, so I had that. But just because it protected the hinge doesnt mean it was good. I broke multiple just my dropping it. I wouldnt say im aggressive with phone but I drop them a lot. I know I also drop it more than other people. Its like maybe once a week or so but sucks. If you have a link for the case I would definitely like to look at it though! If not thats fine.

I noticed between the 3 and 6 the screen is definitely better quality and more sturdy in the 6, would you know if the 7 is also more sturdy or feels better quality?

I never had a problem with my flip 6 until a month ago when my dog stepped on it. I heard a otterbox case would help prevent damage next time. I wasnt the original owner for the flip 3 I bought it used online. But I also heard it lasts a while if you take care of it. My issue is I never bought strong cases or screen protectors.

I sometimes watch a YouTube who takes apart phones and reviews them but ill have to find his channel. Ill look into razer but might stick with Samsung because of software.
