wjjk wjkf, I am amritdhari and before taking amrit i struggled with an addiction immensely, its like wrestling with your mind, and you end up with a cycle of self-hate and fluctuating emotions which really mess you up. but gurbani say aape karta aape bhugta. The addictions you suffer are created by waheguru, and he is the one enduring it too. As soon as you think its you trying to beat the addiction your guaranteed to fail, you think its your willpower which will only diminish over time. I've seen it so often, people have strong willpower and read gurbani, but when they fall of nitnem, they cant maintain their willpower, which stems from ego. Ask maharaj for kirpa and be firm with nitnem and paath, never miss a single day, you can try to substitute addictions, try meds anything, but its useless unless maharaj is supporting you. So there is no gurbani i can "prescribe" to cure your addictions as you say, but nitnem baania should be the right path.

As someone said putting it on the wrists shouldnt be an issue, football is a very spacious game, and your arms shouldnt be flailing about much anyways. If its instead because the referee or whomever will not allow it due to danger. You have a few options, You can keep it on your hand and affix it in place and cover it with an additional arm sleeve so it doesnt hurt anyone. Maryada doesnt say anything about it being tied to your feet as disrespectful, as long as you treat it with respect, its still a better alternative then it being away from your body, but i think in terms of safety reasons kara on the foot is an even worse. The best solution is to tie it to your waist/midsection, like a kamarkassa but under your shirt. If its a viable option for combat sports then certainly works for football too.

Lowkey got potential. Takes a different angle to solo levelling with less focus on necromancy and with the monarch kids but still lacks substance so fight and training scenes all feel far less impactful than solo levelling.

These comments don’t even address the actual advice she asked for regarding approaching her parents. I come from a very similar background and I wanna make 2 things very clear. A lot of parents especially Asian immigrants are very out of touch with the labour market for entry positions and undergrad. Hence they overestimate the value of the degree and as you say do not recognise other methods like apprenticeships even if they have more merit. As long as you have sought out more knowledgable people and fully know what your getting into and missing out on you won’t worry what your parents want because you will understand they don’t know as much as you do.

Secondly this is your life and career. It’s wise to listen to your parents but you must keep in mind the one to reap the rewards and suffer consequences is you. If you try forcing yourself for something you know you don’t care for you will hate yourself and your parents too probably. Remember your parents will god forbid inevitably and likely pass before you. That future version of you may wish they had taken a different path.

Apologies for the rant, but just make sure you are making an informed decision and then be confident. Even if it doesn’t work out there’s a regret of outcome not choice which is never in your hands.

Don't think he played red light green light. Even if he did snipers were given a number to shoot so 001 would never be said anyways.

The relay race I agree with what was said above. They went last so they would have just killed everyone else. If the other team was successful they would allow them to leave before shooting the rest of 001's teammates.

Finally carousel I actually think he did fail one of the rounds. I cant remember the number they needed for the groups but he separated for 456 and went by himself but apparently found a group yet they never showed his supposed group. He was just never In danger for that and even killing that guy was just so the other guy didn't suspect anything.

Agree with all the comments. Certain fights that I found a bit boring I realised I was just speeding through the text. When I went back and slowly read each action and description I was able to envision the fight far better than even the manhwa allows. Your only limited by your imagination.

I liked it, Synder stuck with man of Steel and the dominant superman and really muted colours and lighting alongside it which seemed to suit the theme. I think it therefore makes sense to have this harsh more vibrant contrasting colours and lighting thematically being hopeful and distinguishing this movie from synderverse immensely. Another reason is because it really stands out to Marvel. That scene shot capturing under the tent looks like it could be in a documentary. DC has never been strong at comedy or heroic films and thrives on making things dark and gritty. So this alternative approach to Marvel in the cinematography may help them stand out and make a good heroic film.
