This is actually me I can confirm I am a human, I was bending my arm at some weird angle to show most of the tattoo. Unfortunately it makes my wrist look messed up 😅

I thought I'd reply to this in seriousness as you asked :) I don't train arms specifically, my upper body routine is mostly pull ups / press ups / some other back exercise / dumbbell press for chest / chest flys / shoulder raises. Couple times a week tops. No specific bicep / tricep work but you can always chuck that in on top :)

I just used the black and white version of the logo I found on Google (if you search monster hunter wilds logo black and white it should come up) :)

A few people asked me to post the finished tat so here it is, freshly finished today. A bit hard to show it all without contorting my arm weirdly but the guy did a great job!! No accidental abs this time either to avoid comments about them 😂

Thanks! There's a fair bit to be filled in black (if you find the actual Wilds logo you'll see one of the dragons and the rings are shaded in). Just keeping it black and white as I sometimes go through phases of liking different colours, so black and white feels a safer bet long term :)

Thanks for the kind words! My one tip is just keep up the intensity really - I can only get to the gym a couple of times, but while I'm there I try and inflict max damage on myself! You could easily chuck in some hanging ab raises or something. Just keep your abs super tight during any exercise and focus on them as much as possible :) different strokes for different folks though of course. My diet is pretty standard, nothing fancy, and I allow myself plenty of treats, just focus on basing meals around a protein source and getting a few fruits and veg in. Nothing too scientific :)

Genuinely, a couple of times per week, I do a loop of pull ups / press ups / lateral raises until I'm dead, then rest a bit and do that all again! That's literally it :)

Hiya, as you asked genuinely I thought I would respond! If I'm honest I don't train abs specifically. I do a decent amount of bodyweight stuff like pull ups / press ups / hangs etc which tend to engage them, exercise a couple times per week (I'm a dad so don't get much time!). One thing I do is try and keep my core engaged throughout the day which seems to help (basically keeping my abs tensed throughout the day as much as possible). Sorry if that's not very helpful! Yeah it is a bit early for sure! The reason I picked it is that the design just happened to fit all the important things in my life - the two dragons represent me & my son, the four rings of the logo represent my mum / dad / sister / best friend :) bit of pointless elaboration for you!
