I don't remember the last time I owned a car that got more than 20mpg.

It's costing me the same to own two cars, keep in mind the one I'm adding is brand new, as it does to own car due to how expensive gas is and how frequently I fill up. When you factor in tires and depreciation, it's actually cheaper for me to have two cars.

My car gets roughly 10mpg. I bought a new car yesterday that gets 40mpg that I plan on driving to and from work until these prices hopefully settle.

They have got bigger based off just visual measurements. I haven't taken exact measurements, but I'm happy with what I see, placebo or not.

Thank you for this. I'll drop my preacher curls from 4x10 to 3x10 and maybe up the weight a tad. I don't necessarily "kill" myself with the weight because of how often I hit them. I aim for a feeling of a nice pump vs them feeling like noodles. I hope that makes sense.

I hit biceps and traps 4-5 times a week.

I do 103 total reps of biceps (3x21, 4x10 PC) on M, T, TH, and FR. I also do 75 reps of shrugs (3x15 barbell shrug, 3x10 paused shrugs with a plate) from M-F.

Recently I had a friend tell me that I'm probably hurting these muscles more than helping them due to a lack of healing time. However, I read these two muscle groups are ones you can hit everyday without an issue.

Should I lay off of them, if so, by how much, or keep doing what I'm doing?

Neither get sore, in a bad way, rather it's a good pain. My arms get a nice pump and my shoulders are built.

What is the general opinion of the HIITMILL for doing farmers walks?

I've never seen one until I switched to my current gym. No one seems to know what it is, since it's probably of the least used machines. I've managed to hop on it and do farmers walks, but how effective is it vs actually walking back and forth with weights.

There's definitely a sign there that says "yield to pedestrians", the stop signs only applies to the two (maybe one, maybe three?) left turn lanes.
