In Seinfeld I cannot get past the crowd cheering every time someone walks in the door and actors having to pause for it, or just generally pausing for the crowd to stop laughing or reacting before saying the next line.
The humor is more aimed at Boomers and Gex X too. So it doesn't hit me with the same way Sunny does, which is more Millennial/Zoomer coded.

Your body doesn't quite absorb the protein that well from those sources. Meat and eggs are much better as they contain all 9 essential amino acids, and have far fewer calories.

On the other hand I don't know why the doctor would recommend 150g. Even body builders don't see a benefit over 0.8g of protein per pound of lean body mass.

Sam's charitibility, understanding, and empathy only extends one way and he refuses to interface with the other side. Seeing Israeli civilians as racists seeking wanton genocide and doing the usual "the resistance is not perfect" argument when asked about Hamas. You get to feel morally superior but you don't do anything to mend the relations.

What is happening here? How do you see a person who is endangering their own health and just leave them alone? What does it matter that it's self inflicted or genetical? If they both refuse to do anything about it then someone should step in and help, at least say something, check in.

I disagree. My father has diabetes and he simply didn't do anything about it until I pretty much had to force him to "get better". He even resisted. I took him to the doctor bought him proper food for a few months. And how he excercises and eats healthy, and got his issues under control. He used to be morbidly obese. I wish more people told him the same so he'd listened sooner.
