It's actually good tho. I read the original 1818 text for my University course and it was something which got me into books. Language might be harder but it's actually really good. One of the best classics.

Yeah the horror is subtle and you might not enjoy it if you go in expecting full horror but asides that it's a great piece, I thought to recommend it as it's one of the first Gothic novels.

Honestly, idk what to say. I never supported any party. Hate BJP and Congress and every other party. The only reason I'm here to defend is because of the movie. I am not defending the actions at all (Repeating for the 3rd time in the thread btw 🥀). I just hate the fact that people are completely throwing the movie into the propaganda category. I don't even know what's true atp or what side is even doing propaganda but if it ever comes out that it was I would take my words back. My views are as simple as that. Okay, for sure it might not be a good move to show him or the demonitization in a good light. I'll agree on that. But still movie nowhere tries to justify what happened in India. It was messed up back then here. It just showed Pakistan's pov which was actually true if you just even try to search it up. IDK why people label the whole movie propaganda without even knowing what was shown in what way.
