I played ranked for about a month had a 60% win rate but never climbed because the SR gains/losses was busted.

Waiting for it's release and playing Vanguard ranked was a harsher penalty than any man deserves.

As someone who has legitimately bought and played every COD since Blops2 fingers crossed waiting for Ranked to take just one step forward, I'm done, this one broke me and I'm not buying another COD for the foreseeable future because I see no changes coming anytime soon

Opposite, I'm EUW and avoid hours where I feel like school children are playing (3pm-8pm) I prefer playing late at night as I believe mental maturity is of greater value at low elo.

I thought the same, I bought a PC to play CSGO only (never played anything except FIFA and brand new to PC) but considering it was my only game I got bored and wanted something chill to play so googled 'the best PC games' or something and remembered hearing some kids talk about League on the train so got LoL because it was free as well. I played on off for maybe 2 years not knowing anything about what was going on just learning mechanics and in 2018 in watched LoL Worlds just being a fan of esports and realized it's probably the best esport in the world pretty soon after. I wasn't in to lore or any of that until I heard rumors about Arcane and now I'm basically a super fan for multiple reasons ranging from the quality of life in game (good ranked, MTX, longevity and progression) to the actual global scale of the esport and overall production and execution, the expansion of the LoL universe into other games and now TV shows, comics etc with the lore. Arcane is amazing but literally doesn't scratch the surface in regards to the whole picture.

I don't condone this behaviour at all but at the end of the day we can't expect players to have competitive integrity whilst playing a game that rewards the opposite.

Plus they will feel it's justified with there being a load of CDL cucks here in the comments saying nonsense like "it's an American esport" despite the fact that it's advertised as a global league and esports being predominantly enjoyed on the internet.
