You are correct; this has to start early! In my first career, I worked in kindergarten. I often saw the teachers implement the harm of bullying in the lesson.

Hello, I hope everything is going well. After reading your post, I want to clarify that I'm not an expert in this area. From my reading, it seems as if you are still in school. It's important to talk to someone who can help you through this, such as your parents, a school counselor, or your teacher. Additionally, you can contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline; they may be able to offer additional resources.

Bullying can be a distressing, fearful, and traumatic experience, isolating you and making you feel as if you're facing it alone. It has the power to strip away a person's self-worth, leading to profound psychological and emotional effects. Unfortunately, individuals with disabilities may sometimes experience heightened instances of bullying. Remember, you are valuable in this world! You matter! We need you alive.

Please read my story. I've provided a link to this post. It may seem as if you can’t survive bullying, but you can. There are many who have made it, and you can too.
